Thera is an online platform connecting clients with licensed psychologists for video therapy sessions. The platform provides scheduling, payment processing, and video communication tools.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing account access with others is prohibited.
3. Sessions and Payments
Session fees are determined by the psychologist's pricing tier. Payment is required before the session start time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable. The platform charges a service commission on each session.
4. Psychologist Responsibilities
Psychologists on the platform are independent professionals responsible for the quality of their services. The platform verifies credentials but does not supervise individual sessions. Psychologists must maintain appropriate licensing and adhere to professional ethics standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform provides technology infrastructure for connecting clients and psychologists. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice. In case of emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
